The integrated Deltaba flowmeter quotation is a plug-in flow measurement instrument. Insert a delta bar sensor into the pipeline, and when fluid flows through the sensor, a high-pressure distribution area is generated in the upstream direction and a low-pressure distribution area is generated in the downstream direction.
Widely applicable: can be used to measure media such as dry gases, humid gases, liquids, or vapors, without being limited by dielectric constant. Having special probe materials and pipeline connection materials; For media with high-density dust materials, online blowing devices can be used to ensure flexible use under various working conditions.
Low pipeline power loss (low pressure loss): The pressure loss of a typical averaging pipe is much smaller than that of an orifice plate, only 5-10% of that of an orifice plate; On the other hand, due to the small pressure loss, there will be a small differential pressure (pressure difference between high and low pressure), which increases the requirements for selecting differential pressure transmitters and costs. Otherwise, the output accuracy of the transmitter will decrease because the range cannot reach full range. So a good probe must take into account both pressure loss and differential pressure. The surface design of the integrated Deltaba flowmeter fully considers this factor. The cross-section itself is symmetrical, and the surface is divided into three parts (as shown in the figure below). The facing part is a smooth section, allowing the probe to smoothly contact the medium; The second part is the acceleration section, which accelerates the flow velocity of the medium by an average of three times, and increases the pressure in the face section by increasing the contact surface with the medium; The third part is the peak of the high and low pressure boundary, where the resistance suddenly disappears and a low pressure zone is formed behind the probe. The actual color velocity spectrum can fully reflect the changes in the medium flow velocity.

Installation requirements for integrated Deltaba flowmeter:
1. For Type I sensors, the detection rod has been welded together with a section of pipeline, and the sensor must be installed in the direction of fluid flow. Require the inner diameter of the process pipeline to be equal to the inner diameter of the sensor *, or at least within the required length range of the upstream straight pipe section, the angle between the axis of the sensor and the axis of the pipeline to be as zero as possible. Other types of sensors have their detection rods inserted into the process pipeline. During installation, in addition to the total pressure hole facing the flow direction, it is necessary to ensure that the sensor detection rod is perpendicular to the axis of the process pipeline, and its allowable positional angular pressure deviation.
The angle between the center of the total pressure hole of the sensor and the axis of the pipeline should be less than 7 °. The sensor detection rod should be inserted into the bottom along the diameter direction of the pipeline, with an angle deviation of less than 7 °. The vertical pipeline sensor can be installed at any position along the circumference of the pipeline in the horizontal plane. The high and low pressure pressure pipes should be in the same plane, as shown in Figure 6 (a); When measuring liquids, they should be installed tilted downwards; When measuring the vapor of a gas, it should be installed with an upward tilt

Due to the fact that the sensor is based on the velocity area method and uses approximate integration theory, it is described using a large number of points. The distribution equation is established under fully developed velocity distribution conditions. So, in order to obtain an ideal distribution, it is necessary to have a certain length of straight pipe section before and after the sensor. The installation position of the flow sensor for the averaging tube is upstream A and downstream B. There is a rectifier or not on the same plane but on different planes.
